Brand Refresh

About

In order to effectively support POND’S® total market efforts, our team proposed a re-design of PONDS.com and launched a comparable Spanish website, PONDSespanol.com, to address the needs of both Hispanic and general market consumers. Based on the ongoing analysis of PONDS.com, an opportunity with mobile surfaced. The traffic on mobile to the site was significant enough to recommend and develop m.ponds.com which was launched shortly after.

My Role

I implemented all visual elements and content by SDL Tridion CMS, the visual elements were developed by graphic designers and I also worked with remote developers in India to change web stylings when necessary.

Evolution

Pond's Evolution

I worked with the multi-year account from beginning to end. The project included planning, its development, implementation, ongoing transformation, periodic improvements and the simultaneous launch of campaigns and a newsletter.

Campaigns

Pond's Cold Cream Campaign

In charge of developing campaigns created in Photoshop, I encoded all content in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, implementing the code through client’s FTP, implementing patches and styles overwritten when loading the main styles of the original site. Always developing a trial version in UAT so that the client could approve in the production environment then sent to live site at promotions kicked off.

Banners

Worked within Celtra to develop promotional banners for a variety of campaigns.

Pond's emails

Encode in Html, CSS and bootstrap the newsletters of the different promotions of Pond’s and the launches of the campaigns, inserting the utm codes and bitlys in some cases. Testing that the emails are deployed well in all mail services through Litmus and making adjustments when was necessary.
